Position Summary:
The Team Concierge & Sponsorship Coordinator is the primary point of contact for every team registered for a JAG event across our Wisconsin Dells and Reedsburg locations. This role ensures teams book hotels through JAG's designated platform and room blocks, answers questions about event logistics and ensures every team has a great experience. The role also owns advertising and sponsorship sales for the facility: banners, court sponsorships, online ads, and event sponsorships. This person will also be responsible for developing new ways to bring sponsorship and marketing revenue into Justagame. Hourly + sales incentives.
Key Responsibilities — Team Concierge & Guest Experience:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for every team that registers for a JAG Field House event.
- Proactively contact each registered team to confirm hotel bookings through JAG's designated platform or room blocks.
- Track hotel booking compliance by team and follow up with teams that haven't booked through approved channels.
- Ensure adequate hotel room inventory by communicating and keeping in touch with lodging partners regularly.
- Answer team questions about event logistics, schedules, and advise teams on any dining or attraction questions. Help place them with our sponsors.
- Support event setup and readiness ahead of tournaments at both locations.
- Help drive commission revenue from hotel and attraction bookings by maximizing booking compliance.
Key Responsibilities — Advertising & Sponsorship Sales:
- Sell facility advertising and sponsorship inventory: banners, court sponsorships, online ads, and event sponsorships.
- Prospect and pitch new sponsors and advertisers for both JAG locations.
- Develop and pitch new sponsorship and advertising concepts to grow facility revenue.
- Manage relationships with existing sponsors and handle renewals.
- Coordinate sponsor signage installation and removal with the Ops team.
- Maintain a sponsorship pipeline and report revenue results to ownership.
Qualifications:
- Strong communicator, comfortable proactively reaching out to teams and prospective sponsors.
- Sales-oriented — not afraid of prospecting or asking for the business.
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to track dozens of teams and sponsor relationships at once.
- Experience in sales, hospitality, or event coordination in the greater Dells area is preferred.
- Familiarity with youth sports, travel teams, or the tournament industry is a plus.
- Able to travel between the Wisconsin Dells and Reedsburg facilities as needed.
Success Metrics:
- Hotel and attraction commission revenue generated / % of registered teams booked through designated hotel channels.
- New and renewed sponsorship/advertising revenue generated.
- Team feedback / satisfaction on event communication and experience.
